How Drone Finder uses them
Drone Finder uses essential session cookies so the website can keep members and administrators signed in securely while they move between pages. The cookie notice also uses local browser storage to remember that you have dismissed the notice on that device.
Strictly necessary storage
PHP session cookies are required for account sign-in, admin sign-in, subscription hand-off and other authenticated features. Blocking them can prevent the member and admin areas from working correctly.
PayPal
The PayPal JavaScript SDK is loaded on the Membership page only after you choose to continue with PayPal. PayPal may use its own cookies or related technologies to provide payment, fraud-prevention and security functions. Those technologies are controlled by PayPal and subject to its own policies.
Maps
OpenStreetMap map tiles are loaded on pages that display lost-drone maps. Requests for map tiles are sent to the external map service as part of providing that feature.
Analytics and advertising
The rebuilt Drone Finder package does not add advertising cookies or a separate analytics package. If those services are added later, this policy and the consent mechanism should be reviewed before deployment.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential session cookies may stop sign-in and member features from working. You can also clear the Drone Finder cookie-notice preference by clearing local site data in your browser.
